- Deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

- Offers for trade-ins or direct purchases of vehicles are based on the condition and market value of the vehicle at the time of appraisal.
- You represent and warrant that any vehicle you sell or trade to Opus One Cars is free of undisclosed liens and encumbrances.
6. Electric Vehicles (EVs) & Incentives
- Information about government rebates, incentives, and charging infrastructure is provided for convenience only and may vary by province or change without notice.
- Customers are responsible for confirming eligibility for any government programs or incentives.
